Michelangelo Antonioni | Another Director Exits

Michelangelo Antonioni passed away on the same day as Ingmar Bergman. Anotnioni was another great director that left his mark on film. He came out of the Italian Neorealism movment at about the same time as Federico Fellini. Two of his more notable films were Blowup and L’Avventura. L’Avventura has been heralded as one of the greatest films of all time by some critics and scholars.
